Our maintenance technicians have over 100 years in combined building maintenance and construction experience and associated training. We pride ourselves in our continuing education through local and online classes.

Aaron P. Lautaret formed the company based on his experience and knowledge gained while working on HVAC systems during his 4 years serving in the United States Navy. Upon his honorable discharge from the United States Navy, he returned home to Anchorage and started immediately working in the commercial building maintenance arena. He has acquired extensive experience in maintenance, development, construction, and tenant improvements for commercial properties since that time. Aaron now has well over 35 years of experience in overseeing and maintaining commercial properties and construction projects. Due to a growing demand on Bruin Enterprises for larger scale tenant improvement jobs Aaron formed and was President in Crestone General, LLC from 2006 until 2019 at which time he decided to bring those projects back under Bruin Enterprises, LLC. In 2014 Aaron partnered with Patrice Case and Evan Hall to form BHAG, LLC and purchased Florcraft Carpet One, to help keep it a long time Alaskan owned and family run business. Aaron has proudly served on the BOMA Anchorage Board of Directors since 2014, serving as Board President both in 2018 & 2021. Aaron served as BOMA Pacific Northwest Regional Vice President from 2019-2020 and President from 2020-2021. Aaron also served on the Special Olympics Board of Directors from 2019-2021.
